APG Villas was established in 2010 in order to continue a family-run business that began with our father and it’s closely connected to the estate properties we stayed during the holidays of our childhood, teenage years and as young adults.

We will host you in places filled with memories and deeply dear to us—shaping the people we have become, each loving these settings in our own unique way.
As two sisters, Petra and Alexa, we grew up in a family with genuine values, respectful of rules and nurturing passions.
Our family travels taught us a deep respect for different cultures and nature—values that seamlessly blended with the dedication and determination we later developed through professional sports, proving that perseverance is a precious ally in achieving meaningful results. After graduating, we decided to work together, bringing forward our greatest legacy: our memories.
The villas are situated in wonderful locations in Italy, the Chianti region and Elba island—breathtaking destinations renowned all over the world.
These are perfect spaces to spend time with your loved ones, in close contact with nature, where traditional heritage seamlessly blends with premium modern comforts. For these reasons, our hospitality reality is called APG Villas, named after our initials: Alexa and Petra Giacone.

We graduated and decided to work together, bringing forward what we thought is our biggest legacy… our memories.
