The price includes bed linen and bathroom towels for each party member (weekly change), pool towels, 3 hours cleaning at mid-week, final cleaning, use of the private pool and private tennis court (tennis racquets available). The whole villa is at exclusive private use. To pay cash onsite is the tourist tax: 2€/day/person only for the first week. Children under 12 do not pay. (if not different for next year) Extras upon request onsite and to be paid onsite are: - A/C by consumption (0.70€/kWh) - Heating: 20€/day (can be requested onsite) - Extra bed linen and towels/person: 15€ - Extra cleaning: 25€/h - Tourist Tax: 2€/day/person for the first week. Children under 12 do not pay - Welcome Pack: 30€ Breakages deposit: 350€. To be paid one week before arrival; will be returned with same payment method after check-out. The price of the villa does not change according to the number of guests but is for the unit.
